Mike Waters has requested before and now again that when we submit a trouble ticket for a pharos printer to not power it off.
"When they are powered on, I can run online diagnostics and can troubleshoot most problems with the hardware." Please put a sign at the release station, leave the printer powered on and submit your ticket with a description of the problem/location.
