Printer Problems?
Who can help with network printer problems? ( Paper Jam, Printer Error messages, Documents not printing properly.)
First try tech support:

Who can help with toner related issues? (Low toner, streaking, toner replacement)
The campus has a support group that monitors our toner levels and we should rely on them to replace toner during the day hours until 5PM. After 5PM please contact a tech person Hunter Phillips, Chris Liucci, or Katherine Alford for replacement needs. If there is a low toner message we need to run it down. If there is streaking and large amounts of toner adhering to the printed documents we should put a support request in through - support.appstate.edu
