- Put an "out of order" sign at the station &
- Enter a support request ticket @ http://support.appstate.edu/
- Select "Enter a Support Request" and sign on with your ASU log-on information. Choose #4, "Report a problem with a University Lab/Public Access Computer".
- In the incident description fill in as much information as possible about the issue and the location of the machine. Provide the service tag number of the computer, which is located on the left or top side of the case (Dell).
