I think that perhaps the note on the shade pc may need further explanation:
* The movement of the shades is controlled by an events calendar set in the shade software.
* If you click on one of the boxes to either open or close a shade,
the software thinks you don't want to use the calendar from then
on. Thereafter the shades no longer function based on the events
settings.
* In order to let the software know that you have simply made a one
time exception and that it is supposed to continue controlling the
shades via the events calendar, you _must_ exit the software
completely and then reopen it.
